Manufacturing and Delivery Times
•Production Schedule: Orders are manufactured Monday through Saturday.
•Tracked 24: Once you provide proof of ownership for the registration, your plates will be dispatched within 24 hours. Royal Mail aims for next-day delivery, offering our fastest turnaround time.
•Tracked 48: After you submit proof of ownership for the registration, your plates will also be dispatched within 24 hours. Royal Mail targets a two-day delivery timeframe with this service.
Both Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you. This allows you to monitor the status of your order and documents throughout their journey.
Important Note: We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Please factor this into your delivery expectations. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Warranty
All our plates are backed by a 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects and naturally occurring issues. Please note that customer-induced damage is not covered under this warranty.
