We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. However, please be aware of our cancellation policy and procedures to ensure a smooth process.
- How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email or telephone. You can find our contact details on our Contact Page. For security purposes, you will be asked to confirm your order number and the first line of your address.
- Cancellation Fees: Please note that cancelling an order for number plates will incur a £5.00 charge per number plate. Cancellation of a private registration order will incur a charge equivalent to that of the Administration Fee on the order. These fees will be deducted from the refund processed.
- Exceptions: Orders that consist solely of accessories can be cancelled without incurring a charge. We may also waive the cancellation fee at our discretion on number plate or private registration orders.
- Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our number plates, the right to cancel is waived after the manufacturing process begins or if 14 days have elapsed since placing your order. For private registrations, cancellations are only possible up to 30 minutes after the order has been placed.
- Refunds: Upon successful cancellation, a refund to your chosen payment method will be processed. Please note that refunds typically take 2-3 working days, but you should allow up to 5 working days.
